·Structure
PU30D-Z PU dole molded machine mainly consists of electric control system, mixing head, feeding tank, meter pump unit, PLC control system, touch screen display, feeding temp, rotary speed, pressure control system, cleaning system, air-let system and rack, etc.
·Characteristics
1. The mixer head is used rotary valve unit with anti-abrasion, high-precision, also with synchronous feeding, long service life, it is easy to handle, meanwhile, safe and reliable, convenient to maintain.
2. With a temp control system suitable for different sole; the feeding conveying pipe is applied the thermal conductivity insulation device, the feeding tank is applied the anti-acid SS (liner) with heating inter-layer, there is a dry measuring cup set inside, to ensure a good quality and stable temp.
3. Used the screw & blade combined device, to ensure the feed liquid evenly stirred, also with the same density and a good elasticity.
4. Applied the high-precision low-speed meter pump, with rotary speed controlled by the frequency converter and the PLC control pump motor, accurate to meter; meter error-0.5%;
5. The control system is used the PLC PC control, with temp, pressure and rotary speed shown on the touch screen, visual and simple, also there is no overhead and overpressure protection device.
6. Used the cooling device, it has a long continuous service time, which can reduce the cleaning times of mixing head, reduce pollution, reduce coat and develop the quality.
