·結(jié)構(gòu)
聚氨酯鞋底成型機(jī)主要由電路器控制系統(tǒng)、混合機(jī)頭、原液罐、填充給料系統(tǒng)、料溫、轉(zhuǎn)速、壓力控制系統(tǒng)、清洗系統(tǒng)。氣沖系統(tǒng)和機(jī)箱等組成。
·特點(diǎn)
1、混合機(jī)頭采用耐磨，高精度轉(zhuǎn)閥裝置，注料同步，工作壽命長，操作簡單，安全可靠，維護(hù)方便。
2、控制系統(tǒng)采用PLC微機(jī)控制，溫度，壓力，轉(zhuǎn)速由觸摸屏顯示，直觀、方便，并設(shè)有超溫、超壓保護(hù)裝置。
3、采用低轉(zhuǎn)速高精度計(jì)量泵，轉(zhuǎn)速由變頻器和PLC控制泵電機(jī)，計(jì)量精確，計(jì)量誤差≤1%；
4、采用螺旋和葉片組合式混合裝置，攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速n-7600r/min，使料液攪拌均勻，出料流暢，制品致密，有較好彈性。
5、采用冷卻裝置，連續(xù)工作時(shí)間長，減少混合頭清洗次數(shù)，減輕環(huán)境污染，降低生產(chǎn)成本，提高制品競(jìng)爭力。
6、加色或配色系統(tǒng)采用可靠的伺服變量加色，調(diào)節(jié)方便快捷，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，操作方便。
7、原液罐采用耐酸不銹鋼（內(nèi)膽）加熱（或冷卻）夾層式的料罐，夾層內(nèi)附有管式電加熱器，并設(shè)有料管內(nèi)防濕干燥杯，確保原料品質(zhì)、溫度穩(wěn)定。

4. Used the screw & blade combined device, with stirring speed n-7600 r/min, to ensure the feed liquid evenly stirred and discharged smoothly, also with the high precision and a good elasticity.
5. Used the cooling device, it has a long continuous service time, which can reduce the cleaning times of mixing head, reduce pollution, reduce coat and develop the quality.
6. The additive / matching system can be used the reliable servo variable for additive, simple to adjust, stable to run and convenient to operate.
7. The concentrate tank Is applied the feeding tank with anti-add SS (liner) with heating Inter-layer, where there Is a tubular electric heater attached Inside, also there Is a dry measuring cup set inside the feeding tank to ensure a stable quality and temp.
